Find out how to access your payment history on your Skokka account and what information you can find for each transaction.
- Log in to your Skokka account
- Go to your profile and select the Credits section
- Click on Transaction History to view payments from the last 60 days
How to view your transaction history
To view your transaction history on your Skokka account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account using your email and password
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Credits from the profile menu
- Click on Transaction History at the top of the page
- Scroll through the list to check your payments
What you can find in your transaction history
In your Skokka transaction history, for each operation you can see:
- The date and time of the transaction
- The type of promotion or credits package purchased
- The payment method used
- The amount charged in euros
- The corresponding order number
How long is the transaction history available
The transaction history shows payments from the last 60 days. Transactions older than this period are not available in the view.
Why it is useful to check your transaction history
Checking your transaction history allows you to:
- Monitor payments related to promotional products purchased
- Retrieve the information needed when contacting customer support
