You can suspend a listing at any time from your account. This action makes it invisible on the site but does not delete it, allowing you to reactivate it later.
Steps to suspend your listing:
Log in to your account.
Go to the "Your ads" section.
Find the listing you want to suspend.
Click the "Suspend" button next to the listing.
Important: if your listing has an active promotion (e.g. Top or Flash), the promotion will continue to be used even if the ad is suspended and no longer visible on the site.
The amount already paid for the promotion will not be refunded.
We recommend waiting for the promotion to end before suspending your ad, so you can make the most of its visibility.
How to reactivate a suspended ad?
If you want to reactivate the listing in the future:
Log in to your account.
- Go to the "Your ads" section.
- Select the 'Unpublished' tab.
Click the "Publish" button next to the listing you want to make visible again.
