How can I edit my listing?
If you have published a listing and want to edit it, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
Click the user icon at the top right of the page and log in with your email and password. You will be automatically redirected to your Dashboard. - Go to the “Your listings” section
From the Dashboard, select “Your listings” to view all your published listings. - Edit the listing
Find the listing you want to edit and click on the pen icon (Edit). At this point, you can update the content.
Which elements can I edit?
When editing a listing, you can update the following elements:
- Photos
- Title
- Description
Which elements can I NOT edit?
Some information cannot be changed after publication. In these cases, alternative solutions are required:
- Phone number
This cannot be changed. To change it, you need to promote the listing. - Category
This cannot be changed. To place it in another category, you must create a new listing. - City
This cannot be changed. To publish in another city, you need to create a new listing. - Activated Top Product
If you selected incorrect days or times, you can only modify the promotion once the current one ends. Alternatively, you can create a new listing with the correct settings.
To gain greater visibility, we recommend publishing and promoting multiple listings in different time slots. This way, your listings will remain in prominent positions for longer.
