If you cannot make a payment with your credit card, follow these recommendations:
- Your card must be either VISA or MASTERCARD.
- Check that all the card details you entered are correct.
- If you do not have the CVV code (code that appears on the back of your card), you must request this information from your bank.
- Make sure you have sufficient funds to pay the due amount.
