This feature is available to users who have made at least one purchase on the platform. If you already have a registered purchase, you can associate new email addresses or secondary accounts directly to your profile.
How do I add a new email to my account?
You can add a new email address directly through your private area by following the steps below:
- Access your account Dashboard.
- Click on "Settings".
- In the "Add new email" field, type the email address you want to add.
- Click on "Add Email".
After completing these steps, we will send a confirmation email to the newly registered address. Once the confirmation is completed, the email will be automatically linked to your account.
What are the advantages of linking a secondary account?
By linking a secondary account to your main profile, you gain a more practical and centralised management. Among the main benefits is the ability to manage the linked account's listings directly from your main account, without needing to log in separately to each profile.
I did not receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
If you did not receive the confirmation email after adding the new address, please check if:
- the email address was typed correctly
- the email did not end up in the spam or junk folder
- your inbox is not at full capacity
