The internet connection was interrupted during the process.
You left the page without clicking on “Confirm” or “Finish”.

Follow these steps to fix the issue:
Try the payment again from an an up-to-date browser (we recommend Google Chrome or Firefox).
Do not close or minimise the browser window until the payment has been fully confirmed.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection throughout the process.
If your bank requires additional verification (such as an SMS code or confirmation via app), complete all steps before leaving the page.
If you are using a card, check that it is active and enabled for online purchases.
