❓ Why does this error appear?
This message indicates that the transaction was not completed because the system detected a problem with the card details you entered.
🔍 Possible causes
- The card number, expiry date or security code (CVV) were entered incorrectly.
- The cardholder’s name does not match the one registered with the bank.
- The card is expired, blocked or has restrictions.
- You are trying to pay with a virtual card or a card not supported by our provider.
- A temporary error occurred in the banking system or payment platform.
✅ What can you do to resolve it?
We recommend you follow these steps:
- Carefully check all the card details you entered.
- Make sure the card is active and enabled for online purchases.
- If you used a virtual card, try with a physical card.
- If you have more than one card, try another one.
- Contact your bank to check if there was an automatic decline or if any security restrictions have been activated.
