In some cases, a payment may fail not because to an issue with our platform, but due to a decision by the issuing bank. This can happen even if your card is active and has sufficient funds.
π Why does this error occur?
The main reasons why a bank may decline a transaction are:
- Insufficient funds in the account.
- Error in the entered details (card number, CVV, expiry date, etc.).
- Declined for security reasons or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Bank restrictions on online or international payments.
- The card is not enabled for digital purchases.
β What can you do?
If your payment has been declined by the bank, we recommend following these steps:
- Check your details: Make sure you have entered all your card details correctly.
- Confirm you have sufficient balance.
- Check with your bank if there are any security restrictions for online purchases.
- Try using another card if the previous one still does not to work.
- Use another available payment method (for example, Crypto or Bank Transfer, depending on your country).
π‘ Can I use another payment method?
Yes! If the error persists, we recommend trying another of our available payment methods in your country.
