In this article, you will find clear and complete information on how to resolve issues that may occur during the publication of your ads. If you cannot publish an ad, check the possible causes listed below and follow the instructions to quickly identify and solve the problem.
Have I reached the allowed publication limit?
The platform has a limit on the number of ads that can be published per week. If you have reached this limit, it will not be possible to publish new ads until the period is automatically renewed. Please wait for the deadline and try again.
Has my ad been identified as a duplicate?
If the system detects that your ad is very similar to another already published on your account, the publication may be automatically blocked. Review the ad content, make the necessary changes, and try publishing again.
Are my images compliant?
The photos uploaded may be rejected for the following reasons:
- file format or size not compatible with platform requirements
- image content not allowed by the guidelines
Check the image requirements and upload suitable photos before trying to publish again.
Does my ad contain blocked words or terms?
The system automatically analyses the text of ads. If the content contains words or expressions not allowed by the platform's policies, the publication will be blocked. Review your ad text, remove or replace inappropriate terms, and try again.
Is my profile complete and has my age been verified?
To publish ads, your registration must be complete and age verification must have been carried out. Check if:
- all mandatory profile fields are filled in
- you have completed the age verification process required by the platform
Access your account settings to complete any pending steps.
Is my phone number verified?
The platform requires SMS verification before publishing an ad. An invalid or unconfirmed phone number may prevent publication. Check if the registered number is correct and if SMS verification has been completed.
Has my IP or device been blocked?
The system may automatically block an IP or device in situations such as:
- Attempting to publish from a foreign IP
Repeated publication attempts in a short period of time
Did my session expire during publication?
If you had been logged in for a long time, your session may have expired before completing the publication. Log out, access your account again, and try publishing the ad.
